Since last December, some customers were experiencing trouble signing in to our service. The problem has been solved and all customers can now sign in without any trouble. The problem was caused mainly due to servers being overloaded with increased access, and it took some time to resolve the situation.

We offer our deepest apologies for the inconvenience caused over the extended time.

We have been experiencing some issues that some users cannot sign in to PlayMemories Online Service since the beginning of last December.

The major cause of this failure is increase in server load due to the number of accesses increased.

We are now taking actions such as server extension, however it may take some more time to solve this problem.

We sincerely apologize for this failure causing inconvenience for a long time. Your kind consideration is greatly appreciated.
