we restored the service in Brazil and Hong Kong.

We had shut down the service since the service software glitch along with the system failure was discovered on Mar 12. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by this shut down and greatly appreciate the patience of our valued users.
After taking technical measures to fix the failure, we restored the service today in the following countries and regions.
