We have been experiencing failure to sign in to “PlayMemories Online” from the Digital Photo Frame “DPF-W700”.

We are still working on the investigating and fixing the problem.
We will announce here as soon as we estimate the completion date.

Currently we have a failure which is causing our customers unable to sign in ”PlayMemories Online” from the digital photo frame "DPF-W700". We are assuming the investigation and recovery work for this failure now. Please wait a little more until the system is recovered.
