- About PlayMemories Studio
PlayMemories Studio will be able to connect to PlayMemories Online by updating system software of PlayStation® 3 to the latest version (Version 4.66).

 

- About PlayMemories Online app for Sony Bravia TV
With Bravia TV models of 2013 or later, PlayMemories Online app will be available by executing software update of Bravia TV.

With Bravia TV models of 2012 and 2011, we are still looking into the issue. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience to our customers.

As a vulnerability was found in the Internet communication encryption protocol “SSL v3.0”, we have stopped use of SSL v3.0 in PlayMemories Online servers.
As a result, some of the PlayMemories Online related apps cannot connect to PlayMemories Online at the moment.
