We released the revised version (5.1.0).  Please update to this version.

 


It has been confirmed that some customers using PlayMemories Online app for Android versions 5.0.0 or 5.0.1 may have their certain settings such as All Sync revert to their initial values.

 

This issue occurs if you delete the cache of this app by yourself or launch other apps that will delete the cache.

This will be fixed in the next release (version 5.1.0). 

 

If this issue occurs before this release, please change the settings again.
